This came from Fife Constabulary
" About 0200 hours one Saturday morning I was travelling towards Cluny with my neighbour when we came across a very slow moving car (about 10mph) and both of us thought that the driver was drunk. We followed the vehicle into Cluny where the lights were. On stopping the vehicle we found the driver to be completely sober. I then asked him why he was going so slow and he said "Well, I play in a band in a club and sometimes you get fixed up and sometimes you don't but YOU HAVE TO GET HOME AT THE SAME TIME EVERY NIGHT!!"
