Shroom & Tab are misfits, live in a world of petty squabbles and obsession with women. Shroom is brash, rude, ignorant, childlike in his enthusiasm for life which he lives by trial and error. He does not understand women. Tab is thoughtful and more academic and delights in Shroom's stupidity. Occasionally he is drawn into Shroom's enthusiasm, which he always regrets.
